Terms of Service

Article 1 — Application

These Terms apply to all relationships involving the use of the Service. By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 — Registration

Registration is complete when an applicant applies by the prescribed method and the Service approves. Registration may be denied in the following cases:

• False information was provided
• Prior violations of these Terms occurred
• Other cases deemed inappropriate by the Service

Article 3 — Prohibited Acts

Users must not:

• Violate laws or public morals
• Infringe on the rights or interests of the Service or third parties
• Harass or defame other users
• Post photos taken of third parties without consent
• Post false product information or reviews
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without permission (spam, fraudulent advertising, etc.)
• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Engage in unauthorized access or system attacks
• Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Service

Article 4 — Posted Content

Copyright of photos, text, etc. posted by users ("Posted Content") belongs to the user. However, users grant the Service a free, sublicensable, worldwide right to use Posted Content for purposes of operating, improving, and promoting the Service.

Users warrant that Posted Content does not infringe the rights of third parties.

Article 5 — Service Provision and Suspension

The Service may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service in the following cases:

• System maintenance or updates
• Natural disasters, power outages, or other force majeure events
• Other cases deemed necessary by the Service

The Service is not liable for damages caused by suspension or interruption.

Article 6 — Disclaimer

The Service assumes no responsibility for:

• Accuracy or completeness of Posted Content
• Disputes between users
• External linked services
• Damages arising from use of the Service (direct or indirect)

Article 7 — Account Suspension and Deletion

The Service may suspend or delete accounts without prior notice if users violate these Terms. Users may delete their account at any time from the settings screen.

Article 8 — Changes to Terms

The Service may change these Terms as necessary. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes agreement to the revised Terms. Important changes will be notified in advance within the app or by email.

Article 9 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for all disputes relating to the Service.
